Precision specializes in the design and manufacture of foundry tooling and molds as well as a host of foundry services.
Patterns & Molds
MATCH PLATES: Precision designs and manufactures match plates to any design, we can make pattern plates with impressions cut integral to the surface or inserted. We can also provide them with integrally cut gating, or mounted gating of any material needed.
COPE AND DRAG PATTERNS: Precision makes patterns boxed for air-set for any size part.Typically, these are wood boxes with redboard or wood pattern impressions, however other materials can be provided.
DISA/RAM AND SWING: Precision produces any size ram/swing patterns from 2013A to 250C or larger.
PERMANENT MOLDS: Precision specializes in the design, manufacture and assembly of permanent molds for applications such as tilt pour and low-pressure molds. We can make these from any material, we typically use 4140 pre hard or H13 steels.
RIM MOLDS: Precision designs and make molds for RIM molding applications, typically made from aluminum.
COREBOXES: Precision makes horizontally and vertically split coreboxes, we have the capabilities to produce these for any core machine. Typically made from steel or iron. Provided with or without ejection as needed.
AIRSET PATTERNS: Precision designs and manufactures patterns boxed for airset. Made from aluminum or redboard.
